JESSE CARROLL

Jesse Carroll has an extensive background in business and web development. His professional background includes banking, insurance, small business management, business development, and construction development. He has owned several of his own businesses and help many business owners develop their businesses both in their market and on the web. He has always been a leader and entrepreneur at heart. Jesse started in banking at the age of 16 where he developed professional and financial skills that would lead him to success in every job to follow. With over 7 years of banking experience working with both local businesses and customers, he developed a wide range of skills and knowledge to help his customers meet their goals. Working for different large banks helped him gain insight into large corporation structures and marketing strategies. He has worked for several banks including Washington Mutual, JP Morgan Chase, and Umpqua Bank. In between working for Chase and Umpqua Bank, Jesse went to work for Allstate Insurance where he became a licensed insurance agent. Jesse specialized in developing insurance relationships with local commercial and business owners. While working as an insurance agent he helped to develop marketing and advertising campaigns for his office. He also managed the IT for the office he worked for while maintaining sales and support to his customers. Jesse has also worked for and managed a number of small businesses, while helping them become more organized and efficient. Some of the businesses Jesse was involved with were food service, entertainment, financial, and even construction. Working in so many different environments and different business types helped to give him extensive insight in to what works and what doesn’t when it comes to running small businesses. In his early teens and into his twenties, he learned a variety of desktop publishing software. He has lead and taught classes on some of the desktop publishing software he has learned. In his twenties he ventured into graphic design and web development. Jesse has learned several desktop publishing platforms such as Adobe; Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Indesign, Flash, Fireworks, Illustrator, Muse, Lightroom, Premier, ect. He also learned and studied a variety of website platforms and builders, allowing him to work with many different customers no matter what platform they were using. Jesse has also studied marketing, advertising, brand development, business management, and finance. Today he continues to research and develop new skills to apply to his own business. His need to always have firsthand knowledge and experience is what sets him apart from his competition. He doesn’t just learn about different aspects of business but, applies and uses what he learns in every area of his own businesses. Allowing his businesses to keep their competitive edge. Nonprofit support is also a very high priority to him. Jesse has helped many organizations save money and deliver the services they need at no or low cost to them. His heart is to be the change we need to see in this world, rather than just talking about it. “We have to be a generation that is all in and not one of halfway and maybe’s”.
