Here's An Overview Of The Loan-Application Process

STEP ONE  - Get Pre-Qualified. It’s Quick and Easy

In today’s fast past real estate market you need to be quick about submitting your offer. Before you can make an offer through your real estate agent it’s a good idea to get pre-qualified first. Otherwise, you could really hold the process up. Becoming pre-qualified is especially important if you are shopping below or above what you pre-qualify for.  Don’t worry, I will help you get this figured out quickly and painlessly.

STEP TWO – Get Your Loan Into Underwriting With Your Property

When you've selected a property with your real estate agent and have a contract with the seller, the next step is to complete your loan application, which can be done easily with me. Usually a quick email and phone conversation is all that is needed because we have already pre-qualified you.  Don’t worry, I will let you know when your application needs to be completed.

At the appropriate time I'll order a property appraisal for you.

STEP THREE -- Your Loan Comes Back From Underwriting

Your loan will then go through the underwriting process.  If approved, your real estate agent or the seller, will designate an Escrow/Title Company to handle the funding of your loan, along with many other factors.  This makes your purchase go smoothly.

Don’t worry.   I will coordinate with the escrow team and you'll sign the final papers at their office.
