John purchased All Seasons Mortgage from a local family in 1990. In 2022 John sold the company to his daughter Sarah Andersch-Coursey and son-in-law Travis Coursey. John will be working part-time originating loans while also spending time perfecting his cast on the river.
His mission has always been to provide stellar service to his clients through personal connection while keeping their best interests at heart.
He grew up in Klamath Falls with his parents and 6 siblings. John’s father “Fast Eddy” gave John the entrepreneurship bug and it stuck when Eddy and his mother Barbara opened the Andersch home furnishings store in Klamath Falls in 1978 and showed his children who had become employees the value of treating your customers like family.
John spends his free time fishing with his grandkids and playing basketball at our local Boys and Girls Club (an organization John has sponsored for more than 15 years).
He has developed a relationship with the Veterans of Central Oregon over the years and it brings him much joy to help Veterans with their home financing needs. He has also spent years working on development projects in Central Oregon, working with locally owned companies to continue to better his community.

Travis Coursey jumped into the family business in 2015 when his youngest child was born. Originally from the Salem area, Travis has always been an Oregonian. Travis grew up on a baseball field and eventually played for Western Oregon University. Teamwork and a strong work ethic are two valuable lessons he took from the field. Travis and wife Sarah moved their family to Bend from the Portland area in 2013 and have fallen in love with the lifestyle Central Oregon has to offer. Already having friends and family in Central Oregon made it simple to become part of the community.
Supporting local businesses and organizations is something Travis is passionate about and why he now devotes his spring to coaching his daughter’s Bend South Little League softball team. Travis often finds himself meeting friends of friends in the small community of Central Oregon and values the referrals shared because of his commitment to a rare personal lending experience.

ABOUT SARAH

Sarah joined the team at All Seasons Mortgage in October of 2019. Before becoming a Loan Originator, Sarah worked in both Hospitality Management and in Education. She brings with her stellar problem-solving skills perfected from years of finger paints and managing restaurant chaos on the fly.
Sarah is an Oregon native and settled in Bend, Oregon in 2013. She and her husband Travis, who also is a Loan Originator for All Seasons Mortgage, have two children and love raising them in such a beautiful community as Bend.
Sarah’s professional connections in Bend have formed her strong and loyal client base. Sarah is determined to do the best thing for her borrowers by investing time in getting to know them and their needs. Sarah also is a true believer in community and can be found volunteering for the Ronald McDonald House and serving on her children’s school PTA.
Sarah has learned the importance of building strong local community bonds from her father John who has been a part of developing Bend for over 30 years. We think it is safe to say she has learned from the best!
